We believe that God intended church to be a family of families, and for the different generations of people to grow together: the older members sharing their wisdom, experience and love, and the younger members bringing life, vitality and enthusiasm.  Both are needed in a healthy extended family.  The Bible says that God sets the solitary in families, and there is a special place in God’s church (his family) for those who are lonely, rejected or who have no natural family.
